AMETEK Power Instruments offers a comprehensive family of reliable, solid-state IR and UV flame sensors and accessories for gas turbine and burner/boiler applications. All sensors are 24VDC powered, output 4-20mA directly from the sensor, and are able to respond within 30msec to changes in flame intensity.

KE153 Flame Sensor Signal Processor
The KE153 is an optional supplement to the BC10 and GT10 sensors by providing
background radiation discrimination, signal gain, four relay outputs,
continuous system self-check, and remote flame sensor monitoring and control
through the AmFlame software.

Spectra BC10IR & BC10UV Flame Sensor
IR or UV flame sensor designed for single or multiple burner applications,
incinerators, process heaters, furnaces, and boilers. The BC10 sensor
is compact, robust, easily mountable, connectorized, and capable of 85°C
continuous operation.

Spectra BC20 IR Flame Sensor
IR Flame sensor with integral relays, continuous system self-check, and
signal gain for single burners, incinerators, process heaters, kilns,
and package boilers. The BC20 IR sensor is ideal for applications where
a flame on/off relay output is required and background radiation is not
present.

kilns, and package boilers. The BC20 UV sensor is ideal for applications

Spectra GT10 Flame Sensor
UV flame sensor designed for high temperature (350°C), high pressure
(20Bar), and high vibration (10 G) environments typical of large (frame)
gas turbine engines. The GT10 sensor is usually mounted directly to the
combustor and is exposed to combustion gases.

Spectra GT20 Flame Sensor
UV flame sensor designed for lower temperature (125°C), lower pressure
(6 Bar), and lower vibration (8 G) environments typical of smaller (aeroderivative)
gas turbine engines. The GT20 sensor is usually mounted on a short standoff
tube and is isolated from combustion gases by a high pressure window assembly.
