- BC30 IR Flame Sensor
The SPECTRA BC30 Flame Sensor features IR and UV sensors with built-in background flame discrimination, making it suitable for a wide variety of fuels. Compatible with coal, gas and oil burners, the flame sensors help increase burner efficiency, reduce NOx emissions and improve safety. In addition to flame ON/OFF, the flame sensor provides real time status of flame strength and flame frequency for better control of burner operation. The reliable unit includes failsafe relay contacts and visual indicators for system health and flame On/Off status. The 4-20mA analog output and Serial Modbus communication provide real-time flame signal information for direct connection to burner management systems.
- SPECTRA Pro Flame Sensor Signal Processor
The SPECTRATM PRO Signal Processor is an optional supplement to AMETEK's SPECTRA BC11 and GT30 Flame sensors. Used in conjunction with these flame sensors, the SPECTRA PRO takes the 4-20mA sensor output and provides signal gain, three relay outputs, frequency discrimination, continuous system self check, Modbus communication, visual indicators for system health and flame status, and redundant power input for the sensor.

- BC11 IR Flame Sensor
SPECTRA BC11 Flame Sensor is extremely robust and compact. It offers a host of features that make it suitable for a wide variety of fuels. The robust design meets or exceeds rigorous test standards and is 100% solid-state. There are no tubes or shutters to fail and its high-temperature electronics enables the sensor to function at elevated operating temperatures. It helps improve burner efficiency, reduct NOx emissions and improves operating safety. It is compatible with a full range of industrial fuels: natural gas, kerosene, diesel, oil and coal. In addition to flame ON/OFF indication, the 4-20mA output provides real time flame intensity needed for burner management systems. The sensor is available in both infrared and ultraviolet models.

- GT30 Gas Turbine Flame Sensor
Eliminate false turbine trips and performance uncertainty with AMETEK’s new SpectraTM GT30 Flame Sensor. The GT30 is an extremely robust, compact optical flame sensor that receives UV energy from the combustion process and transmits a 4-20 mA analog signal proportional to flame intensity. The GT30 operates continuously at 257°
F (125°
C) without cooling or at mounting temperatures up to 700OF (371°
C) and an operating temperature of 400°
F (204°
C) with the use of an optional cooling coil. The GT30 can withstand combustion pressures up to 30 Bar (435 psi) so that no intermediate windows or pressure barriers are required.
- KE-153 Flame Signal Processor
The KE153 Signal Processor is an optional supplement to AMETEK’s SPECTRATM BC10 and GT10 Flame Sensors. Used in conjunction with these flame sensors, the KE153 takes the 4-20 mA sensor output and provides signal gain, four (4) relay outputs, frequency discrimination, continuous system self-check, Modbus communication, a front panel display, and redundant power input for the sensor.

- MD3018 Mud Density Transmitter
The MD3018 transmitter is designed with Hastelloy C-276 diaphragms for superior corrosion resistance. The transmitter is constructed of all welded 316SST capillary and electronics. This design enables the use of small bore, thick walled capillary to minimize oil volume and subsequent thermal errors due to oil expansion or contraction. The sensor can withstand static pressure and over pressures to 2000 psi. The sensing assembly is electrically isolated from the process media by an insulating glass seal. This prevents damage to the transmitter electronics caused by process borne electrical transients. The MD3018 is ideally suited for such applications as mud density measurements in oil drilling sites where the entire transmitter (including electronics) can be submerged in the drilling mud for excellent thermal accuracy.
