Q: I can't get the trip set to where I want to set it.

A:   Quite often the trip set pot can be set full CW or full CCW outside of range. Check input tag, then set input to about mid-scale. Then turn the set point pot CW (about 20 turns) then CCW (about 20 turns) until the unit trips. If the unit has a dead band adjust, push and hold the reset button while doing the above step. Remember, the relays de-energize on trip on fail-safe units and energize on trip on non-failsafe units.
