Collecting Hand Held Files (HHFs) from the
JEMSTAR II just got easier! In the latest updates to our JEMWARE II software, we incorporated the ability to download HHFs, which came from multiple customer requests. Previously, HHF was housed within JEMREAD, making it necessary to have two separate software packages installed. Adding HHF to JEMWARE II eliminates the need for JEMREAD, streamlining the data retrieval process.
With this update, HHFs can be downloaded directly from any connection option available on the JEMSTAR II meter, from the Cell Modem to the optical probe. This enhances ease of use for meter techs, speeds up troubleshooting and consolidates the amount of software needed to collect your data.
By consolidating tools and enhancing compatibility, JEMWARE II continues to evolve as a powerful, user-friendly solution for managing your JEMSTAR II Revenue Meters.
